I am Ege Ceylanoğlu, a hotel manager and author combining people-focused leadership with operational discipline and strategic thinking.

I completed my business degree and my master's in business, taught in English, at Istanbul Aydın University. I brought the experience gained across my career into my journey as a manager in tourism.

For me, management means setting goals, making the right decisions at the right time and unlocking a team's potential. I take an active role on the ground, unite departments around shared goals and solve problems. Trust-based communication, clear responsibilities and a commitment to improving service every day underpin my leadership.
